On day 3 of every trial, send a personal email asking:

"How's your experience going so far? Any questions I can help with?"

You don't have to do this forever but doing it for a short period is equivalent to doing customer research. You'll learn a lot.

Create a Success Milestone Email

Identify one key action that correlates with conversion. Send an immediate congratulations email when they hit it, plus next steps.
